The CMA&F Approach to Fitness
Fitness at Canberra Martial Arts & Fitness is about community, doing things differently and most importantly – having a lot of fun while you’re at it. We’d love to have you join us on YOUR fitness journey.

This class focuses on body movements, mobility and flexibility.

This class is focused on endurance training to work on strength and toning.

This class is boxing based, but can include kicking and other martial arts styles, footwork drills, and cardio fitness.

This class is focused on endurance training to work on strength and toning.

#HIITfit
This class is high intensity interval training. This workout should include short intervals of exercises that increase the members’ heart rates mixed in with intervals or rest of lower intensity exercises.
#JERRAbootcamp
Our JerraBootcamp is more like your traditional workout with all of that which comes with having the larger environment available to you to get your workout.
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 5:45-6:45am
Personal Training
When you have a clear understanding of the fundamentals of our workouts, you will be able to minimise the risk of injury and see better results, faster. Beginners, start your transformation the right way.

“CMA has a great range of options for fitness and MA. On day one CMA treat you as a member of the community. I’ve never felt judged, and after incurring a physical leg injury (doing another sport) CMA have been super reasonable and accomodating in terms of membership charges/suspension. These guys are genuine in what they do and how they treat people and just want to get you on your martial arts and/or fitness journey, or support you when you are ready. Highly recommended.”
