  • Do I need any experience to start training Martial Arts?
  • I’m concerned I’ll get injured, will it be dangerous?
 

People’s perceived first experience can be the most intimidating part of training. The perception that it is a dangerous activity can be the biggest barrier to starting.

However, this could not be further from the truth! Martial arts is actually a very safe activity when you start out in the right class with a qualified instructor.
